    1、 Ground leveling procedure
    1. Ground base treatment:
    Before construction, it is also necessary to deal with the ground base course to ensure that the ground hollowing, block and other defects have been repaired or removed, and that the ground base course is cleaned up without any construction obstacles. In addition, it is recommended that the root of the completed woodwork should be bound, and the root of the original indoor facilities should be bound or blocked with materials.
    2. Elevation plastering cake:
    The leveling thickness shall be determined according to the type and thickness of the decorative materials paved on the ground and the standard line of the finished surface. Generally, the plastering thickness of the surface layer shall not be less than 20 mm. The leveling control line shall be snapped on the wall. According to the leveling control line, the plastering cake shall be around the wall. The size of the plastering cake is generally 5 x 5 cm, and the horizontal and vertical spacing is 1.5-2.0 M. the upper plane of the plastering cake is the elevation of the surface layer on the ground. If the room is relatively large, the marking bar shall be plastered, The mix proportion of mortar materials for plastering cake and standard bar is the same as that for plastering the ground.
    3. Brush cement slurry:
    The function of cement slurry is to make the cement mortar connect with the ground more closely. The cement slurry needs to be prepared according to the proportion of 1:0.5. After being prepared, it needs to be brushed to the ground with brooms and other tools to form a bonding layer.
    4. Laying cement mortar:
    After brushing the cement mortar, pave the cement mortar. The mix ratio of the mud mortar is cement: sand = 1:2, which should be mixed evenly. After the cement mortar is fully paved, use the long wood bar to pat and rub it to make the mortar and the base course combine tightly.

    5. Surface matte treatment:
    The surface calendering is carried out in two times. For the first time, there is a little backwater in the setting of the cement mortar, and there are footprints when people step on it, but it does not sink. After spreading the dry cement surface, press the surface with an iron trowel, from the corner to the large surface, press and polish in sequence, remind to press and polish for the second time before the final setting of the cement mortar, and use an iron trowel to compact, press and polish the trowel marks left by the first time, and use a guiding rule at any time Check the flatness.
    6. Completion maintenance:
    24 hours after the surface layer is pressed and polished, the surface layer shall be covered with sawdust or other materials and watered for curing to keep it moist. The curing time shall not be less than 7 days, and the person can only get on when the compressive strength reaches 5MPa. The cement mortar leveling method shall be used for construction, and the surface layer and the base layer shall be firmly bonded and free of hollowing; the surface shall be tightly pressed and polished and free of peeling, crack, sand and other defects.
    2、 Acceptance standard for ground leveling mortar
    1. Cement mortar surface course and base course shall be firmly bonded without hollowing.
    2. The surface of cement mortar surface course shall be compacted and polished, without cracks, sand rising, peeling and unequal defects of joint recommendation.
    3. For the ground without flashing, the flashing shall be done according to the design requirements, and there shall be no reverse flashing.
    4. Check the surface flatness with a 2m guiding rule, and the allowable deviation is 4mm.
    5. The dust on the base course shall be swept away, the mortar skin and ash layer shall be cleaned with wire brush and chisel, the oil stain on the base course shall be brushed off with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, and the alkali solution shall be washed away with clear water in time.
    6. According to the + 1000mm horizontal line on the wall, measure down the surface layer elevation and snap it on the wall.
    7. According to the surface elevation horizontal line snapped on the walls around the room, determine the surface plastering thickness (not less than 20 mm), then pull the horizontal line to start plastering cake (5 cm * 5 cm), the horizontal and vertical spacing is 1.5-2.0 m, the upper plane of the ash cake is the surface elevation of the ground, if the room is relatively large, it is necessary to plaster the standard bar, and the mortar material mix ratio of the plastering cake and the standard bar is the same as the mortar plastering the ground.
    8. Mix the mortar with a mixer, and the color must be the same.
    9. Before laying the cement mortar, brush one layer of cement mortar (along with the mortar of the pavement layer).
    10. After brushing the cement mortar, pave the cement mortar, and pave the mortar evenly between the ash cakes.
    11. After the wood trowel is scraped flat, the iron trowel shall be used for pressing for the first time until the slurry is discharged. After the initial setting of the surface mortar, the iron trowel shall be used for pressing for the second time, and the surface shall be pressed flat and polished. The third time of pressing before the final setting of the cement mortar must be completed before the final setting, and the flatness shall be checked at any time with a 2m guiding rule.
    12. 24 hours after completion (ground calendering), pave sawdust or other materials to cover and spray water for curing to keep the effect of wetting. The curing time shall not be less than 7 days, and the personnel can only be boarded when the compressive strength reaches 5MPa.
