    自流平水泥裂缝的控制

    自流平水泥内部裂缝是本身固有的一种客观存在的物理现象。自流平水泥是一种水泥基材料,引起裂缝的主要原因是水泥基的收缩和环境温湿度变化。自流平水泥的收缩值一般在(4-8)×10,而其允许的收缩值仅万分之一左右,因此裂缝是不可避免的,关键在于控制自流平水泥裂缝。就其本身而言,可以从以下因素加以控制:

    1、水泥胶体量越多自流平水泥收缩也越大。

    2、自流平水泥用水量越大,高强无收缩灌浆料收缩也越大。

    3、水泥越细、温度越高,收缩越大。

    4、当济南自流平水泥中在掺灰煤灰同时又掺矿粉时,早期收缩随矿粉产量的提高而增大。

    5、使用减缩剂,可明显地减小自流平水泥的收缩。
