    1、地基。对于土承地坪来说,良好的地下岩土条件至关重要;因此,须由资深的岩土工程师进行岩土勘测并对勘测结果进行解读,这一点非常重要。岩土工程师必须就岩土条件的适用性提出建议,包括任何有关岩土改良措施的建议,分析长期沉降风险和不均匀沉降风险。在国内仓储地坪施工中,往往出于成本考虑而忽视这一点,导致地坪普遍都存在沉降问题。若勘测后,岩土存在沉降风险,则必须认真考虑采用桩基支撑的地坪,长远而言将会节约费用。

    2、基层。基层的主要目的是为地坪提供一个平整和水平的基面。该基层应能承受施工车载,而不会留下车辙。基层应为小厚度200——250毫米的优良级材料。基层的水平度误差极其重要,厚的基层顶标高越高,混凝土地坪将会变得越薄,建议为0——25毫米,不建议使用素混凝土。

    5、钢筋。传统的土承地坪使用两层钢筋设计。如果土质较好,没有必要使用两层钢筋。在混凝土板底部配置单层钢筋网可以节省成本,减少材料用量,好地控制裂缝。
