    混凝土变形的主要形式就是混凝土收缩,即是在混凝土硬化凝结过程中体积逐渐减小的过程。通常可以分为一下几种类型:塑性收缩、干燥收缩、温度收缩、碳化收缩。

    不同的环境条件会造成不同的收缩,例如,塑性收缩就是因为搅拌混凝土时表面水分蒸发引起;温度收缩是因为温度的变化(忽冷忽热)引起;碳化收缩是指空气中的二氧化碳对混凝土产生碳化作用而引起的收缩。

    1、 含水量影响。混凝土在水中会呈现一种膨胀的状态,所以当其表面的含水量较高时会导致表面早期的收缩较大。

    2、 水泥自流平活性影响。颗粒越细则代表水泥的活性越高,接触的表面积增加了,收缩就会变大。一般来说我们选择水泥都是按其构件厚度来选,例如,矿渣水泥收缩比普通水泥收缩大,我们则选后者。
